Tentamen
The exam is a home exam and should be solved individually. All solutions should clearly show the line of reasoningand and the students should be able to explain their solutions if asked. If some programming script (e.g. MATLAB or Python) is used to solve a problem the script should also be handed in as appendix (naturally, normal command line calculations (e.g. entropy) is not part of this). We will not run any code, but as part of the solutions they should be handed in. Please also hand in the cover sheet together with the solution.
Next exam:
The next exam is in the exam week. The exam will be available from Monday May 29 08:00, and should be handed in latest Monday June 5.
You can download the exam from elearning.eit.lth.se. Start by logging in to the system in the upper right corner using your Lucat ID. Then to enter the course Information Theory 2017 - EITN45 you need the course credentials. These will be given on the lectures, or requested via mail from Stefan.
Preferably you should hand in the exam solutions digitally as pdf scans via elearning.eit.lth.se. On the exam page there is more information about where to find scanners on LTH campus. You can also hand in as paper copies directly to Stefan. He will be in his office (E:3135b) on Monday between 10-13.
