I work with experimental methods for electromagnetic measurements.  Broadband forward radar cross section measurements have been used to determine the extinction cross section and to verify sum rules for electromagnetic scattering. Presently I am working with methods to determine the electromagnetic properties of materials at microwave frequencies and methods for Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar.
