Abstract
Introduction We are moving to a more connected world, Internet of Things (IoT) is growing quickly and more devices get connected each day. The concept of IoT is for several devices to connected and communicating with each other and sharing data. In order to facilitate this communication the devices requires a connection, either physical or wireless. Avoiding physical connections between devices is preferable for most IoT devices, since they might have to be portable or are embedded in some larger product e.g a car or a refrigerator. Many of these devices are small embedded systems and thus come with hardware restrictions. Therefore it's not suitable to use certain ways to transfer data wirelessly and must be taken into account when choosing wireless technology.
