2016-03-16 Correction - Office hour
There was an error in the previous message. My office hour will still be an hour as usual, just starting early, i.e. 9:30-10:30am. Apologies for any confusion! You can also email me to make an appointment for another time if you can't make it to the office hour.
2016-03-10 Exam
The final exam will be held on Saturday 19th March, 8am-1pm, in MA 9E and MA 9F. It will consist of 30% short answer questions taken from the self-study questions, and 70% long answer questions (4-5 problems from tutorials, and 1-2 previously unseen problems).
A new formula sheet has been created and is available on the exercises page. Please let me know if there are any problems with the formula sheet. Note that you are not required to use the formulas from the lecture notes on self-similar traffic, just understand the concepts.
Since I will be lecturing at the NMT Days next week, my final office hour will be half an hour earlier, at 9:30-10am, Wednesday 16th March. You can also email me to make an appointment for another time to see me, or send me questions by email.
Good luck on the exam!
2016-01-30: Lab room change
From Friday 12th February onwards the lab room has been changed to E:4116, as the computers in Blåtunga/Rödnäbba do not support the software we will be using. You should also be able to see this change in the schedule generator.

2016-01-15: Course starts next week!
I hope everyone is excited and ready for our first lecture next Monday! I will however be away at a conference next week so the first two lectures will be given by Professor Ulf Körner, but you are still welcome to email me if you have any questions.
I have created a short survey to get some information on which topics students have previously studied so I can better target the course to your needs. Please fill in the survey here.
Each student also needs to sign up to a group for labs and tutorials on the registration page. It is important that you do this as soon as possible as our first tutorial will be on Monday after the lecture.
