Masoud Nouripayam, PhD student

He received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH), Sweden, in 2014, and his M.Sc. in System-on-Chip (Electronic Design) from Lund University (LTH) in 2017.

Since March 2018, He is working as a PhD student in the Digital ASIC group at the department of Electrical and Information Technology (EIT), Lund University. His main area of research is  Ultra Low Voltage memory Architectures- Assist circuitry and Logic in Memory with the application in IoT, biomedical and machine learning.
