Baktash Behmanesh received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sharif University of Technology (SUT), Tehran, Iran, in 2006, 2008, and 2017. From 2008 to 2018, he was an analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit designer with Integrated Circuits and Systems Group, EE Department, SUT, focusing on designing RFICs for low-noise applications and reconfigurable integrated RF filter design.

He joined the Electrical and Information Technology (EIT) Department of Lund University as a postdoctoral researcher in 2018. Since May 2022, he is an Assistant Professor at EIT with a focus on analog integrated circuit design in advanced technology nodes.
