Aaron D. Wyner award to John B. Anderson.
One of our Senior Professors, John B. Anderson, has received the 2025 Aaron D. Wyner Distinguished Service Award. The award was handed out at the awards ceremony at International Symposium on Information Theory (ISIT) in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Aaron D. Wyner Distinguished Service Award of the IEEE Information Theory Society has been instituted to honor an individual who has shown outstanding leadership in, and provided long-standing, exceptional service to, the Information Theory community.
