This book is available for free in electronic form at http://publications.lub.lu.se/ (you need to login as a student or employee of Lund University). Note that the e-book option limits you to read the book online or to download each chapter individually. There are page limits to how much you can download.

If you want to buy the book, look at different internet book shops (adlibris, amazon, bokus etc). It is rather expensive, so the e-book alternative can be of interest. However, if you are interested in the subject the book is a valuable investment.
