Biography
Björn Landfeldt, Professor
Björn Landfeldt started his studies at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Electrical Engineering.
He finished his studies at University of New South Wales in Australia with a PhD in Telecommunications
in the year 2000.
After his studies he worked with Ericsson Research, Networks and Systems as Senior researcher until he
returned to Australia and took up a position as CISCO Senior Lecturer in Networks at the University of
Sydney in 2001. He remained in School of Information Technologies at USYD until 2012, when he moved
to Lund to take up a Chair in Network Architecture and Services in the Department of Electrical and
Information Technology at Lund University. Since 2014 he is the Director and Scientific leader of MAPCI, the Mobile and Pervasive Computing Institte at Lund University.
