Abstract
The satellite communication situation of today consists of crowded geostationary orbits, where the aperture of each satellite is very limited. For these communication systems, circular polarization is often used. In particular, when using different polarizations as different channels, it is desired to be able to split an electromagnetic wave in its two CP components using a circular polarization selective structure (CPSS). In some systems, it is desired to have opposite CPSS behavior in different frequency bands. The goal of this master thesis is to design such a dual band CPSS.
