Kranti Kumar Katare, Gästforskare
Kranti Kumar Katare was born in Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh, India on 16 December 1987. He received Bachelor of Engineering (B. E.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India in 2010. He completed his Master of Technology (M. Tech.) in RF and Microwave Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India in 2013. He has completed his Ph.D. program in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India in 2020.
Currently, He is working as a Post Doc fellow in Lund University in assosication with Volvo Car Corporation.
His current research interest includes vehicular antennas, V2X communication, beam steering antennas, metasurface and directive array based antennas, feed networks of antenna etc. He has authored and Co-authored 10 peer-reviewed journals and 19 international conference papers.
Mr. Katare is a member of IEEE, APS and MTT societies. He has served as a treasurer (March 2016 - March 2017) and vice chair (March 2017 - March 2018) of IEEE MTT-S Student Branch Chapter, IIT Kanpur. He also served as a chapter chair (March 2018 - March 2019) of IEEE APS Student Branch Chapter, IIT Kanpur.
