The aim of this project are design methodologies for circuits operating in the near- or sub-threshold region.
Traditional optimization techniques on architectural level are evaluated for their efficiency, new design flows will be implemented, and leakage power will be optimized on transistor level. The main application area will be biomedical implants and memory solutions in 65nm CMOS and 28FD-SOI. |
