Sammanfattning
With today's increasing desire to stay connected combined with the rapid de- velopment of the Internet of Things paradigm there is an ever growing interest in finding new ways to connect objects and circulate information in low energy devices. There has recently been a surge in the number of technologies one can use to make these connections. By researching these new technologies and their possibles areas of use the thesis intends to make a contribution to the present wave of technological development within connectivity and information transmission. <p> The goal of the thesis is to investigate dierent possible solutions to allow internet access in Bluetooth Low Energy sensors. The investigation intends to establish what possibilities these solutions present in the development of Bluetooth Low Energy based sensor networks and how these solutions can affect future product platforms.
