Red number means a 'mini@asic' fabrication run, i.e. smaller minimum area required. It is also strongly
recommended to apply for space at least one month before deadline on these runs.

Minimum Area : UMC130 - 5x5 mm^2 (1.525x1.525 mm^2)
                             UMC90   - 4x4 mm^2 (1.875x1.875 mm^2)
                       UMC65   - 4x4 mm^2
(1.875x1.875 mm^2)

                              STM065 - 1.0 mm^2


Fabrication Options

These are the requirements that has to be respected in order to get a design fabricated. It is also good advice to follow the
design rules.
STM065 - OD18(1.8V) or OD25(2.5V), not Both!
                - No LP/GP devices mixed with OD18.

UMC130 - 1P8M2T, 3.3V IO, Thick (20kÅ) Top Metal, No SP.


UMC90 - 1P9M2T1F, 2.5V IO, Thick (32.5kÅ) Top Metal, SP+LL mixable.
