Introduction

Below is an overview of some development projects I am doing and have done, which does not fit under the other cathegories.  

Pedagogical development

In my teaching I have investigated the use of web-services for communicating with the students. The goal is to make life simpler for both the teacher and the students by using modern tools. And at the same time the course home page should work as usual, the tools should be a complemetn to the webbpage, and not a substitution.

The tools I have been testing in the course Electronics for Computer Engineers, ETIA01 (Swedish homepage) are:

  Used for news and updates about the course and homepage.

  Channel: ETIA01
  Used for disseminating material such as lab manuals. The material are published as a PDF-podcast.
  
• Del.icio.us
  Course link
  Used for handling links to suppplementary informotion.
  
• RSS
  The updates to Twitter and iTunes are also available as RSS-feeds.
  
• YouTube
  Preliminary testing of using short instruction films to supplement teaching. No public test available yet.

Demos

I have developed a couple of demos of electronics and embedded systems. These will be available here in time. Two of the demos, Emil and Ida, are demoed at the local science center when they are available.
