Biografi

Taimoor Abbas received his B.Sc. degree in Math and Physics from University of the Punjab, Pakistan in 2004, M.Sc. degree in Electronics from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad, Pakistan in 2006 and M.S degree in Wireless Communications from Department of EIT Lund University, Sweden in 2009. He has been with Ericsson research (November 2008 to April 2009) for his Master Thesis titled ‘Multi-Model Approach for System Identification in Digital Communications Receivers’. Currently he is pursuing his PhD with radio systems group at the Department of EIT, Lund University Sweden. He is receiving stipend for studies from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). His research interests are estimation and modeling of radio channels for vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communications and MIMO systems.
