Doktorandprojekt


Lars develops process technology for the fabrication of integrated wideband antennas and GHz pulse generators within the High Speed Wireless Center. The long term goal is to produce integrated transmitter and receiver circuits to demonstrate Impulse Radio communication above 60 GHz.
