Research


Kristofer Jansson has been a Ph.D. student in the Nanoelectronics Group at Lund University since 2010. Currently, he is working on development of vertical nanowire transistors and capacitors, with the goal of  implementing mixed-mode circuits using nanowire-based components. Additionally, he is developing simulation methods and automated research aids, used for rapid characterization of fabricated components and benchmarking circuits.
