Abstract:

The focus of the project is to develop an automotive network and a resource management
system that will make possible an end-to-end control of Internet based content services. The
new system will use information from both available and coming management and control
systems in both access and core networks to control the delivered service quality. The solution
will be built on control of applications, physical layer adaptation, cross-layer networking,
distributed network management and control, and cooperation of different management and
control systems in all layers.
The project cooperates closely with CELTIC project Road to media-aware user-dependent self-adaptive networks, R2D2.
