Analog RF

The Analog RF group has a long tradition and a strong focus on design of integrated circuits (chips) for radio frequency applications in CMOS technology. CMOS is the dominating technology for integrated circuits, especially digital ones, and therefore develops rapidly towards smaller dimensions and faster devices. At the moment our research is mainly on circuit design in 65nm technology. Through the years a large number of chips have been designed and successfully verified by measurements. The chips from the most resent years are presented under the Results menu.
