This newer version is now available. The environment is defined by

> source /usr/local-eit/cad2/cadence/stra23/setup

and the main tool is started by typing stratus.

Stratus v2022.01

The environment is initialised by running this command.

> source /usr/local-eit/cad2/cadence/stra22/setup

Then something can be started by the command stratus.
